@middlemedal18 Hello! I am sorry to hear that you are unable to open Ubisoft Connect while playing Valhalla. Are you able to take a short video of what happens when trying to open Ubisoft Connect from Valhalla? The best way to do this is by uploading the clip to YouTube as an unlisted video and providing me with the link here or uploading the video to Google Drive and send me that link as well.
Also, are you able to resolve this by running Ubisoft Connect as an administrator and verifying your game files along with this troubleshooting guide? Please let me know, thank you!
