[2021] [Bug/Glitch] Active Investigation Item at Abandoned Bog Hamlet

I noticed this strange bug the other day. There appears to be an active glow for an investigative item at the Abandoned Bog Hamlet, even though the investigation in the story was completed hundreds of hours ago. I am playing the game on my XBox Series X and have no technical or connectivity issues.
