[2022] Amazon Prime Reward Won't Link

Cannot claim the Amazon Reward prizes yet again because it won't link my account. Keeps saying can't link to Ubisoft account despite it being the same email as my PSN, Ubisoft, Amazon prime account. How do I get my rewards? This happened last time and I never got them. Very frustrating.
