[2022] PS4 to PS5 Disc Upgrade Issues

So I finally inserted my PS4 Valhalla disk labelled "Free PS5 Upgrade" in my PS5 system and there's no option to install PS5 version.

I looked all over internet and no solutions applies to me (yeah, i read ALL suggestions even on this forum, three dots in PS5 UI, and go to store page, it still asks me to buy full game)

I have European disk and account. (tried with USA account, with Turkish one, no success)

Where should I press, or what should I do to finally be able to play the next-gen version of the game? Please, assist.
