As the tittle says, I can't update to the PS5 version of the game, the option doesn't appear on the three dots menu. I've already updated FarCry 6 so I know how it works but in AC: Valhalla it's impossible. I've tried the "Turkish trick" but it also failed so I'm stuck with the PS4 versión on a brand new PS5.
Can anyone help me?

As far as I understand, you own the physical copy of the game for PlayStation 4 and would like to upgrade to PS5 version.
Please note that an internet connection is required to complete this process, and that the disc is required to be in the tray to launch the game (for both current generation and next generation consoles).
If you purchase a PlayStation 5 console that does not have a disc tray, upgrading from PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5 for physical copies of the game will not be possible.
If upgrading your game using a physical game disc, the disc must still be kept inserted in the PlayStation 5-disc tray to play. Upgrading a physical version of the game from PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5 Digital Edition will not be possible as it is a diskless model of the next generation console.
