After finishing farewell and legacies it doesn’t show completed in my completed quests, since then it will not prompt any more quests after talking to randivi or let me pledge any where else. It seems I have lots of territories to pledge and finish and it won’t give me the option.
of course I’m still stuck on defensive measures as well in the red barrier.
