[2022] Did not receive the letter in the longhouse to access 'The Way of the Berserker' quest

Hello all, I have recently purchased AC Valhalla Ultimate Edition for my PC. However, after I launched the game, moved to England, settled down in Ravensthorpe, finished the Ledecestrescire quest, I returned only received "The Legend Of Beowulf" mission when I opened my mailbox and the Way of the Berserker was not there. All other DLC and items were there except this one quest. I looked through the forum and experimented with all the possible solutions - restarting the game, rebooting my internet, launching the in-game store and Ubisoft connect interface, but none of them worked. Also many of those solutions are for PS4/PS5. Would love to know if anyone has any more recent (as of September 2022) solutions?
