So I spotted this weird looking horse at the stables in Ravensthorpe: it's skinny, it's completely hairless and kind of ugly. It's not one of my growing collection and the vendor doesn't sell it, either. It just always seems to spawn there. Any idea what it is supposed to be? Looks like the apocalyptic riders passed through and one forgot his ride...

As DuskDragon56496 pointed out, the horse is a part of a mini quest in the settlement. Since this is working as intended, I'll lock the thread now as resolved. However, if you start encountering more of those peculiar horses in the wild or any other issues with them, definitely do let us know so that we can investigate what kind of plague is underway
