[2023] Unable to purchase Helix credits in-game

i am trying to buy helix but the game wont let me it shows that you tried to buy this item please try again later I tried many time it just wont let me is there any one who had this problem and was able to fix it if you have any ide please help ????? , btw I did mange to buy on odysse and orgins but only valhalla the one not working for some reason
