First of all, I have no idea what on earth happened. Prior to updating to the latest update (1.4.0 - I downloaded/installed this at GMT+8 midnight today), all my bought cosmetics appeared. Then it all vanished once I reopened the game—armour, weapons, tattoos, permanent XP boost... everything. I've tried restoring licenses, activating my PS4 as my primary console... but to no avail. I still don't have my cosmetics. Is the Animus store linked to Ubisoft or the PS account?

Hi @hyroptatyr apologies for the late response.

I'm also sorry to hear that you lost access to your cosmetics that you purchased. The cosmetics should be linked to your Ubisoft account.

If you still can't access your cosmetics can you go the in-game store, then click on the owned tab and see if your cosmetics are showing there.

Please let us know if they do not appear in the owned tab or if the issue still persists.
