Hi @ahsanqureshi and welcome to the forums.
I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with Eivor flying into the air and desynchronising and the notifications of a new quest. As azullFR mentioned the Eivor flying issue is known and is being investigated.
I can also confirm that the new quest notification is also a known issue, we have a megathread for that here, the development team are intending to fix that issue with a future update, however we have no ETA on when the update will be released.
