[2022] [DoR] Sound effects for the Twilight Amor Perk 'Ice Shards' is too loud

When wearing 5 pieces of Twilight armor, the sound effect from the "Ice Shards on light finishers" boon is too loud.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Equip all five pieces of Twilight Armor.
2. Equip any melee weapon or weapons.
3. Enter open combat.
4. Use only light attacks and trigger a finishing move to trigger the Ice Shards.

Expected Results:
The Ice Shards boon triggers and the sound plays at a normal level.

Actual Results:
The Ice Shards boon trigger and the sound plays really loudly.

Notes:

• Possibly caused by its nature to spawn really close to the camera.
• This issue occurs on PC, but may also appear on other platforms.
