• Fixed an issue where the cooldown reduction for Razor Cut (Bear Paws) was 100%, resulting in no cooldown
  

NOTE: This hotfix has temporarily removed the cooldown reduction effect from the spell. The correct cooldown reduction of 40% will be reinstated with the next full patch.
