Hello everyone,

We wanted to update you on the speed-hacking situation once again, as we have continued to work hard on this issue, and have not stopped or slowed in our attempts to remove those who use or benefit from game exploits.

As you may remember from our first update, we banned approximately 6,500 accounts in one week after adding to our team and implementing new technological solutions.

With these improvements, as well as further detection and prevention methods, we have seen a decrease in speed-hacking reports across the board. Since our last update, we have banned approximately 1,300 more accounts involved in speed-hacking, botting or benefiting from those activities.

This number shows that our work in banning accounts previously has helped us in keeping them away from Albion Online. Now that we are seeing a noticeable decline in speed-hacking reports, we will redouble our efforts to remove those that run bots or automation scripts within the game.

Our sincere thanks to those that have and continue to report players that exploit the game. Let’s all stay vigilant in keeping Albion Online a cheater-free environment. A reminder on how to report players has been added at the end of this post.
