Over the past few months, we've seen a marked increase in in-game bots. While this has been most pronounced on Albion East, both servers have been affected, making the overall gameplay experience less fun and rewarding for legitimate players. We have already implemented measures of our own, leading to a significant number of accounts responsible for these bots already being banned and removed from the game. We will continue to remain vigilant though, and are ready to hit back even harder in the coming weeks.

Therefore, to improve the game's security even further, we've integrated BattlEye into the Albion Online PC client. Like our previous anti-cheat software, BattlEye will be automatically installed via the Albion Online launcher when you next log in, and legitimate Albion players will be able to continue playing without interruption.

We are optimistic that BattlEye will help us further in our fight against cheating and manipulation in the game, and while we do not anticipate any interruptions or issues, we will closely monitor this rollout and keep an eye on community feedback.

Thanks for your ongoing patience as we navigate these challenges, and strive to keep Albion Online a fun and fair experience for everyone.
