The "Vehicle Liveries Pack" will initially from April 6 onwards be exclusively available via Prime Gaming, and free for any members. Later it will become regularly and permanently available as a Cosmetic DLC in the shop for anyone to buy, like the "Amusements Pack" for example.

Does that mean I link Amazon to uplay a d get the skins for free as long as I am a prime member? And they disappear, if I cancel the prime subscription?
Or is it like an early access and we have to buy them anyway?
If you are a Prime member and have your accounts linked, you can unlock the DLC starting April 6, and keep it permanently, regardless of your Prime membership.
Same if you buy it later in the shop- once you have it, it is yours to keep of course.

Correct- there will be 5 topics, and you have one vote. The two topics with the most votes will be turned into new CDLCs later this year.

Sadly not everyone will get it now. I know, that you guys probably didnt have any say in that decision, I just hope it wont become the default.
Well, I am glad that you like the sound of the Pack's content :) We do not have any plans for similar offers with the other two community-voted Cosmetic DLCs for now, and expect that they will normally launch in stores for everyone on day 1.

Almost sure that 1 option for the cosmetic DLC will be for the New World, as some talks about that topic were on this sub last week

Love the skins. Feel betrayed by the need to get Amazon prime. Even if I can cancel. Would rather have paid more for the DLC.

That is coming in Spring, which is not even 2 weeks old yet :) So it might still be a while, but it is on track for its Spring release!

What's the difference betwee model and skins? Is the Imperial command ship already a model, but the green cargo ship a skin?
Correct- a skin is the same model with new textures, while a model variation means that the geometry of the asset has been changed.

Will there be a way to get older Season 1, 2 and 3 Twitch Drops once those campaigns come to a close? Like a bonus update to add them to everyone's games?
Just curious.
The Season 1 Drops were already made available for everyone with the game's first anniversary last April. We do not have any plans for making the S2 and S3 drops available for everyone for now.
