Should definitely be part of the Definitive Annoversary Edition.

We're aware of the current issue with the Cosmetic DLC not unlocking within the game despite the purchase having gone through correctly. It's under investigation, but we do not have an ETA yet.

I don't have more info than that either right now, but can try to chase the issue tomorrow. Issues with the online services are usually out of our (dev team) hand since there are specialised teams here at Ubisoft.

If all other Cosmetic Packs are included there, it should also be the case for the "Steampunk" one. You don't have the ornaments in your construction menu?

Currently, the Steam packages for Season Passes are set incorrectly, causing the DLCs included in the Season Pass to show as unowned.

For example, Season 1 Pass includes The Sunken Treasure, Botanica, and The Passage, but because the Season 1 Pass package was set up incorrectly and doesn't include the apps for those DLCs, Steam thinks you don't own the DLCs included in the Season 1 Pass.

As you can see in this image, some DLCs are showing up as not owned, despite the fact that I own all of the season passes and cosmetic bundles.

Affected Season Passes:

Anno 1800 - Season 1 Pass

Anno 1800 - Season 2 Pass

Anno 1800 - Season 3 Pass

Anno 1800 - Cosmetic Bundle #2
