Hi,

last time I've played Anno 1800 before 9.3 update. Today I came back to my old save and I've noticed a rebalance in the forest efficiency. I could overlap different types of forest workers before - e.g. Hounting Cabin's range didn't interfered with a Lumberjack's Hut's range. But now they do. It's captured in this vedeo: https://youtu.be/hE8htj5jQj (all the cabins worked with 100% efficiency before). I just wanted to confirm that this change was made on purpose cause I didn't notice an information about this rebalance in the release notes of 9.3 and 10.0 updates.

The actual bug
Cleaning all the mess the rebalancing caused I have noticed that the estimation of the forest worker efficiency is broken. I assumed that when I move a forest worker, the efficiency estimation showed above the hut should be accurate. But sometimes it shows that the efficiency will shrink and it does not. Additionally it seems that the efficiency of a forest worker is updated only when this exact worker is moved. This is quite frustrating as I don't know what to expect when I move the workers. This bug is also captured on a video: https://youtu.be/le5wSQyMDpY.

Yeah, the first link doesn't work for me either, but the issue has been forwarded now.

Thank you very much for the detailed report.
