[2021] [RESOLVED] Unable to interact with NPC in "Rock of Fertility" Mystery | POST HERE

Hello there!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble completing the "Rock of Fertility" mystery. To help us to take a closer look at this, would you be able to provide us with the following information:

• When starting the quest, did you try to complete it in one go, or did you leave the area and do other things prior to being unable to interact with the woman?
• Can you let us know what you have tried to get the mission to proceed yourselves (such as fast-travelling, pushing the NPCs etc)?
• If possible, are you able to try loading an earlier save to see if this allows you to proceed with the mystery?
• Would you be able to send us a video that shows the issue in-game, and that the woman doesn't follow Eivor like intended?

We can then pass this information along to the development team for a closer look.

You're welcome! Thanks for providing me with that additional information about the mystery, @XOli360! I'm glad to hear that loading an earlier save can help with this, but understand losing a lot of progress is not ideal.

Thanks for letting me know what troubleshooting steps you tried yourself as well! It sounds like if you do encounter this in-game, the best workaround is to load an earlier save (if possible). I'll include what you tried in the report to the development team.

Thanks for the update, @Steak_59! I'm glad to hear that you've been able to proceed through the mystery! I've checked in with the development team, and it looks like a hot-fix for this mystery has been released.

If you have been affected by this issue, would you please be able to try the following:

1. Create a manual save 
2. Close the game entirely, then launch it again 
3. Load the created save 
4. You should now be able to proceed with the respective quest 

The development team are working on a more permanent solution, but we hope this allows you all to proceed with the mystery now!
