[2022] I don't think the new update actually fixed the AI being stuck on workers.

Loaded my old game where everyone was stuck on workers while i was on the cusp of investors. Noticed the AI built a few new things not long after loading, but beyond that they just seem to be stuck again.

I then tried a new game and after 2.5 hours, only Bente seems to have even tried to settle a new island. Hugo and the princess have barely changed since the first 20 or so minutes of the game starting. Everyone is on workers while i am on Artisans.

EDIT After ~4 hours on a new game the AI seems to have not advanced beyond workers. I don't think the bug is fixed.

I did some more testing:

• Killing Hugo suddenly seemingly made both Bente and Princess wake up and the AI suddenly both tried to colonize more islands within 5 mins of this.
• Killing Bente did not make Hugo or princess wake up.

Starting a new game without Hugo does not seem to change anything and the AI gets stuck on workers. I am at a loss here.
