I purchased season pass and I want to play new dlc "Passage" on my saved game(I'm playing the Sunken Treasure quest line)

As mentioned by pownsya, you could do both. All three Season Pass DLCs can integrate into a running save game, or you an of course start over if you so choose. Enjoy
