Noticed this first with the second update of the skill tree, which came with stats skills. If I applied a point for let's say health, that values +5.2. And the hero stats says 296 hp, it would result in 301hp. But the result of that doesn't show, it looks unaffected. And now with the latest update it's the same. No upgrading effect at all. Thankfully the skill perks works.
