[2022] Increased Camera Distance Won't Stick!

Did game update 15... Went in and set the "Increased Camera Distance" to ON... then clicked the RESTART button. Went back in after game reloaded, and the tick box is OFF again. I set it back to ON and clicked restart... same thing. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game... it still won't stay set. Any suggestions? Am I losing my mind?

It would be better if you just gave me the variable name (and what branch it goes in the json file), and I can set it manually in the engine.ini file?
