Just as @AW7777777 stated earlier, I can confirm that we have received similar reports and by the looks of it, one thing that appears to be somewhat in common is the processor you as well as other players who ran into this are having, therefore as it stands, I can confirm that this has been already brought up to our development team's attention.
Taken into account that you've already done some troubleshooting steps yet to no avail, the number of potential causes for this is rather vast, therefore in order to ensure that all the basic steps are covered, can I ask you to go through steps outlined in the following article (only the ones you did not complete already) and see if problem persists.
