[2021] Issues not covered in the patch notes

Hello, there are still a few issues that folks on the forums have brought up and didn't appear to be addressed in the patch notes for later:

Two in particular...
Unable to trade with Madame Kahina (when you click on her building, it tells you to set up trade via diplomacy, which isn't possible)...


Unclaimed islands do not show yields... so you have to save the game, settle it, save again, close game, log back in and pray to the RNG gods it has the yields you need...



Will these be fixed?

And yes, I have verified, did a fresh install of both the game and Ubisoft Connect... I own the game and all DLC's outright (not accessing through Ubisoft+) and I do not run any AddOns...

Please advise.
