I've been everywhere in St Martin's church and the Rake isnt there. I've tried a lot of times, but she isnt there. I'm missing the last note, but still, she is supposed to be there.

If you haven't collected all of the clues to identify The Rake with, you won't be able to find her in-game. You'll only be able to track her once you've revealed her identity in the Order Menu.
If you've collected all of the clues and are still unable to find The Rake, please don't hesitate to update this thread so we can take a closer look. Please provide an image that shows you have collected all of the clues for The Rake in the Order menu, as well as an image that shows that you are unable to track The Rake's location in-game. This will help us to investigate the issue further.
