Hi I received an email from Ubisoft saying that I can fill out this survey for a chance to participate in a research study. I really want to participate but I am getting this error when I try to go to the next page. I have already filled in more than the requirement so I am not sure what is going on. I tried restarting the survey and doing it on my phone as well but nothing seems to fix this. What can I do?
