It's been about 4 days since I have purchased rainbow six siege hoping to play it but until now I was not able to. I submitted cases went to chat did everything and it isn't working. please help me my school is in a couple of days and I wanna play R6S on pc. apparently, my game key was linked to the free weekend version of the game and my key is "expired." any assistance is appreciated.

The vendor that the game was purchased from: epic games store
A description of the item that was purchased: rainbow six siege deluxe edition
The date that the purchase was made: 15/8/2021
