- We’re not getting a new session, current session is being expanded
- New islands will be colonize-able by airship and not by boat except for one.
I’m looking forward to a proper teaser that gives us some insight.

What is up with the waves crashing on the beach? They aren't in the shot of the ship arriving to settle, but then we have a glorious rendered cut-scene at the end with waves. So are we getting waves crashing on the beaches or not?
This is all current in-game footage - I believe the wave behaviour just depends on the perspective of the video and it also may be different depending on the coast.
Apparently my aging 5820, that was struggling on med settings didn't qualify for pretty waves crashing on the beach. My shiny new 13900k on maxed settings is getting pretty waves.
Gotta love pretty waves, glad you got them now, too :P
