[2020] Do 2 level A.I go to land of lion before player do?

I know that level 2 a.i will try grab land before player for new world and Cape Trelawney (Not Main land), but not The Arctic till Quest.

So is A.I similar to new world and Cape Trelawney or The Arctic till quest?
