Major bug: Anno 1800 Savegame crashes after 2 minutes (After 10++ hours of gameplay with few problems).

Just in case it matters: I stayed in the new world and waited the 2 minutes screen near the fleet.
Bug2:
Newspaper lines are messed up when playing with the anarchist. Lines are played incorrectly and twice.
Anarchist: "I have a task for you"
Me: refuses to do this task
Speaker: "No changes great no changes!"
Me: Edits the newspaper and submits it
Speaker: "Is this polishing or ..."
Bug3:
Item Generous Innkeeper (rare) is probably bugged:
Stats:
- income + 2
- citizen generate extra income of taverns
- extra supply: everyone supplied with tavern is supplied with church.
I built town hall, mounted that item, town hall is surrounded by farmers and workers.
They are all connected via roads and in the influence radius. I even put an additional tavern into the radius.
However, I don't see any income gain. Farmers still gain +8 coins, workers get +16 coins. Like nothing happened. The icon of the generous innkeeper does show up in the house info panel, but my balance stays exactly same. How does this item work?
