[2021] Wrong number after made a major discovery

I made a major discovery (Old World Coffee Production) but I still see wrong number at the building icon (that's exactly what I see the number zero all the time) although I haven't built this building yet on any island.
Game specs:

• Sandbox mode
• In that Game Session I have choose all additional content (Sunken Treasures, Botanica, The Passage, Seat of Power, Bright Harvest, Land of Lions, Docklands, Tourist Season, The High Life). Additionally The Anarchist DLC because one of my opponent is Dr. Hugo Mercier
• Expert level of difficulty
• Game version (after last update): 13.0.1064331
