can not change the options close camera, screen shake, photo mode or the qte
i use to have close camea turned off but now the camera is in close (which i do not like) even though it is set to off and when i change any of the options in the general area of the gameplay it does not allow me to apply the change(s), but it will allow me to apply changes made in the other options in gameplay.

is appears to have locked it to close camera with not way to change it?

please fix the camera as i do not like the camera in close like it is now, i liked it the way i had it set before.

Sorry to hear about this. If possible can you provide us with a video showing you're changing the settings and then they're not being saved when closing and opening the menu again?
