Regarding the lag can we ask you for some more information please? Are you experiencing dropped frames, stuttering or by lag do you mean ping spikes and input lag as a result?

In terms of the microphone issues there's a few things we can suggest to try in order:

1. Please check your in game audio settings and ensure that the voice chat record threshold slider isn't being set too high, we would recommend setting it to around 10-15. If this slider is set too high it leads to a situation where you can hear other players but they may not be able to hear you as the higher this slider is the louder it is you... Read more

I'm hoping this situation is now resolved for you? Of course if that's not the case please let us know. I can see a few reports of this around the same time but nothing within the last 48 hours so it could perhaps have been due to some temporary server degradation.

Hey there,

Are you experiencing an issue purchasing the season 11 pass from the in-game store? If you are could you share with us any error messages you're seeing displayed please?

It is only available for purchase via the in-game store and not via the Microsoft/Xbox store. The same applies to all other platforms and their respective storefronts.

I cannot see any other reports related to this specific item so I'm guessing this bug is a very rare occurrence or if it vanishes maybe it's happened to others and they just haven't noticed it. Hey there folks,

Thanks for the feedback on this. Unfortunately it's difficult to say definitively server side whether someone has crashed through no fault of their own or whether they have intentionally crashed the game or hit Alt+F4. THe game counts it as a disconnect which can happen for a variety of different reasons, obviously not all of which are intentional so if you are experiencing regular crashes we woud like to help you try to prevent or mitigate this as much as possible.

The first thing I would suggest is to attempt each step suggested here[support.ubi.com]. These steps are known to resolve most of the common causes of crashing/freezing.

Please let us know how you get on after attempting all of these steps.
