Hey there. Have you completed the Siege of Paris expansion? There is a known issue with infinite loading with saves in Francia after the DLC is complete and there is a workaround for this we can try but we first need to double check whether this is the same issue or not. Thanks.
I've had a check through your transaction history and I can see that opals have been spent on various pieces of gear this month which would deplete the overall total obtained from opals collected on the map. if you weren't already aware you can earn further opals from completing weekly challenges which you can then spend on the items in Reda's shop, we've got an article on Opals and how they work which you can find ...

As far as I'm aware this issue has not yet been reported to us, can you ensure you have verified your installation and try loading a prior autosave if those aren't too much further back for you? The video already in this thread was taken on an older version of the game so we need to see this happening on the latest version. Please also double check that your cloud saves are up to date with a save where this issue is present. Thanks.

Do you have an autosave shortly before you killed this particular enemy you could try loading or are those putting you much further back?
