[2020] Anno 1800 Standard edition sold out on ubisoft store?

Had just discovered this game today and decide to purchase the standard edition. All I can find is the deluxe edition, and when I click on the "Standard" button, it gives me Error 404. Tried to google it and click on the direct link, and it says Sold Out.

What I curious is, isn't ubisoft store selling digital version? How can digital version sold out?
