The Steam release of the Season 2 Pass is sadly delayed until March 24, when it will go live alongside the release of Seat of Power.

Which is exactly what we did, using this exact sentence: "we announce our Season Pass, which consists of three DLCs (which will also be available separately) that we plan to release throughout 2019." So we were always very clear that it would include 3 DLCs, and also what they would be.
