[2021] screenshot and F12 not working.

as it says in the title...both screenshot buttons aren't doing what they are supposed to...again...any ideas how to fix please?
i'd share a screenshot...but...

I've just tried both the game's as well as Ubisoft Connect's function and for me they each save a screenshot without issue.

How come you stumble over such weird issues?
Are the folders they're being saved to cloud-folders? Or like chris suggested, have you tried a different mode, like borderless?
