[2021] 8 fps how improve this?

I have the minimum recuirements to play the game on windows 10. Its a new pc only 6 months old and I have no problems playing other games like The elder scrolls online but when I try to play AC valhalla I can hardly move and have only 8fps
How is that even possible? I cant do anything that way. I have set all the settings to medium and low to have better frame rates but it did not improve.

I did see that the game took 78% of my internal memory... I have 128mb memory and my processor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400 CPU @ 2.90GHz (12 CPUs), ~2.9GHz
Could I do something to improve? cause I really want to play this game.
