Hi, everyone!

Perhaps, I'm missing some info but I haven't been able to find the list of regions/countries banned from the Year 4 Pass purchase in Steam and UbiStore. I've pre-ordered the game in Steam before the release and since then I was able to purchase all the content and DLCs in Steam (even though the game is no longer displayed in Steam Store) and registering them in Ubisoft Connect. I was using the direct links provided by the community in Steam and on local forums. Now as the first content part of the Year 4 Pass is about to be released on April 12, 2022 I'm getting the message regarding the unavailability of content in my region (Belarus) although I haven't seen any official info regarding it. Any feedback you could provide? Is it a temporary ban/block or just a bug in terms of regional restrictions?

Ubisoft has currently suspended all sales in Russia and Belarus.
To my knowledge, there's no end date to this measure yet.

So, I'm sorry but we're unable to help you with your issue at the moment.

This is the official statement from early March which still applies:

To my knowledge, similar decisions have been taken by multiple other (video game) companies. While I understand this can be frustrating as a player, I honestly don't expect this decision to change in the near future. That said, I'm also not the right person to comment on this matter, so I'd would recommend keeping an eye on the official Ubisoft channels for updates on this topic.

Since the original question has been answered, I'm going to close this thread since the Anno forums certainly aren't the right place for political discussions.

Cheers,
