Ubisoft really need to up their customer support game.
3 days ago i posted in player support - no answer
2 days ago i emailed ubisoft - no answer
online chat is always closed
i've downloaded the latest patch and it hasn't fixed my problem, so i'm now left with a game that i either can't play after investing 50+ hours or i start again and probably come across the same problem.
Can anyone help?
when i load a saved game, Bjorn is on a level playing field, there are characters in the background, the scenery slowly regenerates but is blocky and without any texture, after about 10 - 15 seconds, Bjorn falls through the ground into oblivion and eventually dies.
Any help or advice would be very greatly appreciated (apart from saying to start again as this might not fix the problem, and in which case i'll have lost 50+ hours of game).

Can you please perform all of the troubleshooting steps listed in this article? Additionally, can you please reinstall your game? This will help you to eliminate any potentially corrupted files.

If you're still experiencing this, have can you please try loading your previous save, if possible?
