FarCry5 started on my PS5 but after splash screens and pressing X button it's freezes, i see two persons in uniform and hear the music that's all. I tried to reinstal but it's not helped. On PS4 the game worked normal. What is wrong, any suggestions?

To confirm, have you exhausted all steps from our PS5 Troubleshooting Guide here to try and help with the game freezes you are seeing? If so, could you confirm if you are accessing launching the game via game disk or digitally from your PSN account?
