[2020] Epic store purchase - cannot install English texts, cannot install non-English Audio

Sorry to hear your unable to select a different language other than Russian and simplified Chinese.

First of all, it may be worth your while Verifying the game files through Epic, this would help reinstall any missing or broken files -

- Navigate to the game in your Library and click on the three dots
- Once open, click Verify in the drop-down navigation.

There is another fix for this issue, but it would require you to uninstall the game through Epic and reinstall it via Uplay in order to have the other Audio available

If you could try these steps -

- Close Anno 1800 completely.
- Open Uplay PC and then under Games, left click on the Anno 1800 game tile.
- Choose Properties on the left-hand side of the game's overview.
- In the section General you have a drop down menu for languages.
- Click on it and select the audio language you would like to use in game.
- Anno 1800 will now start in the chosen audio language. If the required files are not available locally, yit will prompt you to install additional files for the game.
