[2021] River Raids after TU 1.3.0

@bielik01 It mentions the level scaling in the patch notes. It says 'Boss encounters and game modes will not be impacted by this as they have their own intended difficulty settings.'

Can you try raiding on the River Exe again and confirm if the issue persists or if it updates like Ashelsu mentioned.

With regards to the rations you collected, have you already purchased everything from Vagn and fully upgraded your Jomsviking Hall? If so you will no longer earn foreign supplies from river raids and you will earn materials instead. You can also collect rations for yourself and your Jomsvking's.
