Hey! I can certainly help you with this.

- Please enter this into File Explorer: %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\config\
- Open engine.ini with Notepad

At the top you should see "DeviceType": "DX12"

Change this to DX11 and then save your changes. Launch the game and that should work!

If that doesn't work, try deleting the game file, that should reset your settings back to default.
