Hello!

I believe the support article I originally suggested was for another save issue, apologies if there was any confusion.

These are still some of the best steps to try for this issue however. As Black.Beast. explains, this will reset your Situations, loadouts & in-game settings.

Twitch Drops are usually received very quickly, however they can come through with a bit of a dleay.

Did you receive a notification from Twitch to say you have received Twitch Drops? If not, they may still be coming through.

Hello, apologies for the delay! We are responding as soon as we can.

5.1 audio is not natively supported in-game. It is possible for it to work, however you may need to configure your output device.

I'm sure there will be some online guides / videos to get it working

Hello! This does not appear to be a bug, so we should be able to resolve it with some troubleshooting.

- Can you please list your PC specifications?
- What ping / latency do you and your teammates appear to have?
- Are you connected by Ethernet or WiFi?
- What is your current speed? Try checking with a service such as speedtest.net
- Do you face this issue in every match,or only some?
