First, I elected Herefrith to run Lincolshire. I was notified in game that he was now killing his people. Randvi shows the area as not completed, but after talking to her to go back, there is no quest. I found Herefrith at Antecoste, talk to him and killed him. The order page shows him as dead, but Randvi still shows I need to go back. Help!
