[2023] In-game mod loader

I just tested it on Taludas' river sites & buildings and well, I mean, FFS, just WOW! For non tech savvy people like me, modding has always been a bit of a daunting prospect - even using other people's mods has been a difficult process for the uninitiated, but this tool has just made it ridiculously easy! You just pick the one you want and the magic goblins in the machine do the rest and I don't give a frig how.

I must now admit that my reluctance to use mods because it's "cheating" was a sour grapes cover for the fact that it was too much of a faff... now with it right there in the game it's no faff at all so I'm a convert.
