[2021] Supply for Scholars / Shepherds and Elders

Hello,

I recently started to optimize my Anno Game and came across the Anno 1800 Needs Page, there you can see the Consumption and Supply needed for each Tier.
Sadly for Scholars, Shepherds and Elders, there is only the Consumption and not the Supply. So I tried to calculate it myself, but to no avail I haven´t even gotten close to get the Supply right.
Could anyone clarify on how one can calculate the Supply needed for 1 ton per number of residences?
