I believe this bug was already reported by many people, just to increase the awareness - the Fire stations do not work after the last update. I got a fire accident started right after the update and all fire stations (existing and additionally added) in the neighborhood are "sleeping". They do not go to the fire accident and I can't force a fire brigade to go there. I seen people report the same issue for the fire stations, the hospitals and even for the pirates.

This bug is really severe and the game is currently not playable until this bug is fixed.

Could you please confirm you're not using any mods for Anno 1800?

Please also verify the game files and check if the issue persists.
Are newly built Fire Stations also affected?

From what we've seen it's not related to mods, yes.

Our investigations would point at this only affecting already ongoing incidents but not new ones?
So, yes, we're currently investigating and will keep you updated on any planned Game Updates via the Anno Union.

Hey, please refrain from attacking other forum members, especially so when they're trying to provide advice or help. That's really not what we want to see in our forums.

You're right that this issue here is, as already confirmed by me on the first page, not related to mod usage.
However, we have seen plenty of occasions where mods are causing bugs, crashes and performance issues - usually after a Game Update. Generally, we can not provide support and will not investigate issues as long as we can't rule that a mod may cause it.
Accordingly, we first have to rule this out as a cause, then we can continue our investigation.

Back to the topic of the thread: The issue with city incidents not getting addressed by your fire stations/hospitals/... is currently under investigation by our team.
As usual, we will let you know via the Anno Union when we have news regarding an upcoming Update.

Cheers,
Thorlof
