I completed the summit (4th to 11th august 2021 ) and was ranking at 522nd on PC but, when I opened the game to claim my rewards it is showing this error: "you can't collect". And moreover I can't play the next summit also. I have been playing this game for 500+ hrs and this is the 1st time I have seen this issue.
Please help me out and let me know if anything has to be done from my end and the screenshot of the error is attached below.
